In that respect we advise large institutional investors that purchase commercial real estate for their investment portfolios. We usually provide our services throughout the course of the entire project, i.e. the establishment of the investment company, the structuring of the participations and the preparation of prospectus documents targeted at prospective investors.

Advising on project developments is another focus of our services. We make sure that the legal framework is appropriate by establishing and structuring the partnership or other entity required for purchasing the property and by drafting, negotiating and implementing the purchase transaction and the related agreements with project partners and general contractors. We also advise on the development and implementation of suitable distribution and marketing concepts, including the drafting and negotiation of lease agreements.
